Great service, fresh food, and delicious treats! The pretzels were hot and soft, and the cinnamon rolls were warm, gooey, and flavorful. Definitely coming back!
The customer service representative was great! There was a slight issue with my drink but he went above and made it right! Thank you AA!
My family loves Cinnabon, but this particular location seems to have an issue with either product rotation or overbaking. Two out of the four times we’ve bought packs here, they were dry, hard, and stale. We returned a pack we bought. These things literally went “knock knock knock” when tapped on the counter. They were that hard. The employee checked them, called the manager, and I overheard her say, “it’s not THAT hard.” The manager still told her to replace them with a fresh batch, but honestly the replacement pack was bar... read more
