The girl that was there did not do her service correctly. She checked the receipt first to see how much tip we had left. Then proceeded to ignore us. Leaving the beverage far from us and not giving us a spoon or napkins.
They had multiple packs of Cinnabons yet they were not being sold to us. The worker said they were packs for tomorrow as if she was working ahead and not willing to sell them today. So we were not able to redeem our code and it expired.
Young ladies were just talking and ignoring customers standing right in front of them.
Really rude and unprofessional Children. Bc an adult would never be so rude! I was attempting to obtain my Birthday coupon the three rude employees refused to honor it. They then became rude with my mom bc she didn't understand the issue. Please hire individuals who are professional and respectful!
