I’ve come here a few times and always had a good experience. However, when I ordered today the lady scooping the cinnamon rolls was extremely rude. The customer before me changed his mind (or there was a misunderstanding) about the cinnamon roll he ordered after he received it. The workers asked me if I wanted a classic cinnamon roll so they could just give me the one the other customer changed their mind on. I politely asked if I can get a fresh cinnamon roll. Such a great Idea convenient store and Cinnabon combo absolutely convenient. Zippin zip out. Don’t have to deal with any of the mall traffic.
