Terrible service. I ordered a double chilata and it seemed like I ordered milk and caramel, which I know has nothing to do with it, but when I spoke to the waiters, none of them paid attention and they just said that I put chocolate, but it had nothing to do with it, and they didn't want to change it.
my bonbites were a bit underdone in my opinion (white on the outside). other than that, please change your gloves often, especially after touching your phone, or handling cash! what's the point in having gloves on if you never change them?! if you work in food service, this should be known! thank you.
We love cinnabon and have always had a good experience - quick and helpful staff
I love cinnabon! But this Location was such a Huge Disappointment! We ate there at noon, and the Cinnabons were cold and hard like theyve been Out in the open all day. Had to ask them to Reheat them for us kindly and it was a little better but still not a Fresh Cinnabon. If you like Cinnabon you have better luck at a different location!
