I bought BonBites today for a long distance train ride. They were hard and cold. I ate one and threw out the rest. So disappointed as I had not patronized a Cinnabon location for many years and won't ever again.
Always stale and dry. ALWAYS. I think it will get better and it never does. Stale. Dry. Not enough icing. I never experience this at any other location. Just this one. Especially when you order through an app. Awful.
