I've seen a lot of reviews for this place saying that things are dry and hard. I had the opposite problem. It was severely undercooked and more dough than bread. I really hope it doesn't make me sick. I had a few bites and had to throw it away.

We ordered the classic and bon bites and both tasted disgusting. I was really looking forward to having this to complete the night and it tasted sooo off and just not right. We threw them all out after 1 bite. Shouldn't looked at the reviews first.
I have never been disappointed here before, but today… Everything was horrible!!! -Staff was in a private call while 3 was in line waiting for her to finish her personal phone call. -Cinnabons seemed awfully small today. -They could not take my Gift Card, because the amount on the card was smaller than my purchase of $27.11. And by this time the line was over 10 people. By the time, my transaction was complete 4 people have left the line and loss of sale for Cinnabon.
