Dryer than kinetic sand. Don't be fooled and don't be desperate.
The smell alone makes walking past difficult. Stopped in for a MiniBon, and it was delicious. Mine was cooked perfectly—warm, soft, and tender with that cinnamon filling running through every bite. Plenty of icing on top without completely overwhelming the roll. The display had a good selection of other sweet options too, including BonBites and Center of the Roll. A great little treat when you want something sweet without going all-in on the full-size roll. Resistance around a perfectly baked cinnamon roll, difficult it is.
Visited the A concourse “Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon” location this morning on 8/10/26. I ordered on the auntie anne’s part expecting to be waiting for a while because of the long line. However to my pleasant surprise it was my turn in no time. Cashier was nice and friendly. I was able to score some fresh pretzel nugz coming out the oven yum! Ordered and was told to wait 10 minutes. I was fine with that until someone that came AFTER me and ordered the SAME EXACT ITEM. When the item came out, I literally watched the employee box it up give it to customer that ordered after me, first. The employee had an attitude with me when I asked for a refund. They acted like they didn’t know how to give me the refund, and spent 3-4 minutes fiddling around on their pos system. My flight was boarding, so I left without my food or the refund. The employees at this location suck.
I've seen a lot of reviews for this place saying that things are dry and hard. I had the opposite problem. It was severely undercooked and more dough than bread. I really hope it doesn't make me sick. I had a few bites and had to throw it away.
