I was at the mall shopping for a couple hours and I went to place my already purchased items from the mall on the register. after I made my purchase at cinnabon, I walked away and went home. I didn't realize I left my things at the register. I called back, and they said they were going to hold it for me. But turns out, one of the employees told their family members what the contents of my bag were. So their family member went and picked up my items. "Claiming" the bag was theirs. Food is average. Nothing special. Normal cinnamon buns from Costco tastes the same or even better. No idea why they are so costly as well.
Terrible service. You have to go back to a line just to get a water refill while my 5 yr old son sit alone on the counter.
