This was the worst Cinnabon I’ve ever had. It was dry and stuck to the box.
Dry, overcooked, un-iced cinnamon bunn. Last time I eat at any cinnamon, as they have all probably gone down hill, sad.
Shirley must be in charge of corporate waste, I asked for 1 napkin and she refused to give it to me because I didn't buy anything from her. But I did buy coffee next door at Auntie Anne's, that guy was too busy looking at his phone to acknowledge me. Never again will I buy anything at Cinnabon or Auntie Anne's.
Got 2 Cinnabons and a churro stick cost $30 and it was as hard as a brick, must’ve made it at 8am and still sold it at 4pm, 10/10 do not recommend
So basically asking for one napkin is an offense to the staff at this location. So much for buying anything from here before I get on the plane. I've been 25 years in hospitality and never been told I can't have a napkin.
