I asked for 6 Cinnabons they told me they could only give me a 4 pack and couldn’t give me 2 of the 8 “only for individual” sale ones…. Terrible customer service
Sometimes the Cinnabon isn’t served warm, which is disappointing, especially when you’re paying almost $9 for it. What’s even more frustrating is that when I ask about it, the staff member sometimes makes a funny face or reacts awkwardly instead of simply addressing the concern. I’d expect better service and a warm, fresh Cinnabon for the price.
