Bad costumer service. It was almost closing time and they still had people in line and lots of cinnamon buns left. It was my turn and told me that they were close and didn’t want to sell me one single cinnamon bun when they had so many left! Bad business!!!! They probably want to take them all home! Shame shame !! They should also consider some specials at the end of the night!!
I love Cinnabon but usually go to the one in parkway plaza, where the rolls are soft and gooey. The rolls at this location were so dry I couldn’t finish a single roll. Very disappointing
Nothing but great service and a welcoming atmosphere everytime I come here. 😁
