It's cinnabon, it's tasty. But this location really needs to work on their customer service skills, it's exceptionally awful.
I made it a mission to come to Cinnabon today to get the T-Life (T-Mobile $4 off) deal. I had the beautiful Center Of The Roll warmness in my HAND and then I got declined because I'm using AMEX and only had AMEX. I had to give the employee back the roll and walk away. It's a shame that a nationwide company like Cinnabon backed by T-Mobile can't accept something like an American Express card. Never coming to here or any other Cinnabon ever again.
