A large Cinnabon is almost 10.00 for one and when you pay the system asks for a tip. If they're not asking for tips they're asking to keep your change by rounding it up to give to some mystery school. The Cinnabon tasted good. They put the icing on while it was extremely hot because it looked like there was nothing there because it melted.
I went today at 230 to try and get a Cinnabon without frosting. Lady was hella RUDE!!!!!! She got upset simply because I asked her if I can get it without the frosting!!! I asked if I can get it she said I would have to wait for 1 hour!!! She is so RUDE she is Spanish speaking she should not be working there if she has that NASTY attitude
It's cinnabon, it's tasty. But this location really needs to work on their customer service skills, it's exceptionally awful.
I made it a mission to come to Cinnabon today to get the T-Life (T-Mobile $4 off) deal. I had the beautiful Center Of The Roll warmness in my HAND and then I got declined because I'm using AMEX and only had AMEX. I had to give the employee back the roll and walk away. It's a shame that a nationwide company like Cinnabon backed by T-Mobile can't accept something like an American Express card. Never coming to here or any other Cinnabon ever again. i love cinnabon when its out of the oven nice and warm. The glaze dripping allover the roll full of sweet icing 😋
