Normally when I come in this place its descent, but lately I come in here and my polish be sloppy. The staff can be unprofessional and rude at times. This will be my last time coming into this place.
I've been going to this establishment for quite some time. But after yesterday I will not go back. The guy Andy that runs the business he's very rude. Yesterday he called the trick or treaters N*****. He was very unprofessional n could of handled the situation better.
Unprofessional, aggressive and extremely confrontational when I simply asked to have my nails done like the display that I choose from when I walked in. Not only did the guy at the front snatch the display out of my hands as I was trying to explain what the issue was he slammed it down as well. That is NOT how you treat customers especially when I've been coming here for years!
Since JoAnn stopped managing the shop; the service has declined!! The younger people who manage the shop, Larry is disrespectful!!! Many of the nail techs cannot create designs... Service is on the decline...
They usually do a good job but this time was horrible the lady rushed my eyebrows because she was ready to go
They were busy! Which was not a problem. But they do not know how to be professional and manage time. If you're in the chair. It's no way someone from outside should be able to walk in and go next. And they sit you to the side to wait another 20 minutes. Keep moving not worth it
I needed a full set and a pedicure. I started with the pedicure and it was horrible. I don't know if the JANITOR did my feet or the brother from out of town with no license but the polish was sloppy and on my skin. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE
