So I ordered it the morning of the 14th. Everything went through and said the order was complete. I called shortly after to make sure; she finally found it and told me one of the flowers she had wasn't good. So I told her that I trusted her to make it nice. She then told me it would probably be around 7 pm before it was delivered. I told her that was okay. It never showed up, so this morning I called and told her it hadn't been delivered. Absolutely the best service I could ever ask for. The owners all the way down to the employees. I’ve never used this florist before I needed a rushed order of flowers and wow they hit a grand slam. Beautiful place, beautiful flowers, beautiful atmosphere. Cindy’s did a retirement party and the flowers were everything we wanted! Very pleased with our centerpieces.
I called Cindy's with less than 5 minutes left in their working day. They picked up and took their time working with me to create a special bouquet for a friend whose father had died. It was a beautiful celebration of colors and different stems. They helped make my friend very happy during a tough time. They were patient, kind, receptive and put the perfect flowers in it. They are a local business, not a national conglomerate and the end result displayed the difference. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs.
