This insurance agency is absolute garbage! They are impossible to get a hold of they do not update you on policy Price increases! The absolute worst customer service that I’ve ever received in any industry! After canceling our policy, we never received a refund check and lo and behold, they never actually canceled it with the insurance provider! They have cost us thousands of dollars in waste!
