Cindy was amazing, we told her the area we were looking to move to and she designed a custom plan that would automatically send us homes in the area, that were in our budget range. Cindy did an outstanding job laying out a plan to sale our home and then provided excellent recommendations on how to stage our home to get better offers. In the end we got 125K above asking! Cindy also did a great job working with the buyers to ensure we had all the needed paper work in place for the final sale which we completed in less than 3 weeks from the date of the formal offer.
