Extremely disappointing experience. The staff here is unwelcoming and rude. Last time I was here, the technician brought a completely different color from the one I showed her and argued with me when I pointed it out. I let it go because I did not want to engage. I returned three weeks later for a color change, and the technician today, Bup Le, was even worse. She just nudged the color book at me when I asked for a specific shade. Worst service !!! I had to wait 20 min until the lady who does refill to come. Never been on time. I asked to clean and take the grown nails she said we charged 5 dollars for that 🤣🤣 in what world you have to pay to take out extra grown nails after you charge 55 dollars without tips pay extra for take out the nails. I said never mind but she end up doing it I thought she understood it just doesn’t make a sense but at the end she add it to the bill. Being 5 yrs client and 3 of my children will be ending coming here anymore.

I have not had such a bad pedicure experience in a long time. Pedicure lasted no more than 10 min. The tools did not come out a sterile bag and they reuse the foot scrubber. The environment was just so unappealing.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever got ! It was super rushed (10 minutes). They did not massage my feet what is usually expected while getting a pedicure. The woman then rushed my mother and I out the chair and said “our toes are dry we can leave”. Worst place to get a pedicure.
