Dr. Hartley is attentive, knowledgeable and kind.
This location is going downhill. Customer service is horrible. Lab results are not placed in the system correctly. They failed to send prescriptions to the pharmacy given and proceeds to make you drive to other pharmacies that doesn’t have the prescription placed by the doctor. I don’t know if Dr. Hartley no longer loves what she does but something has changed over the last 3 years. Very upsetting.
Dr. Hartley is absolutely incredible! From our first meeting to the day of my surgery, I felt completely confident and supported. The surgery went extremely well, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Hartley’s skill, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I’m so grateful to have had such an outstanding surgeon. Thank you for everything! Sheryl S.
