Doesn't care, blows off any legitimate concerns you may have, and doesn't thoroughly test/check (said that my foot was fine after going for a visit after a fall, ended up being broken...). A friend of mine referred me to Doctor Atkins, and once I met her for my 1st annual exam, she was very thorough with her questions & concerns for me as far as tests, labs, etc. My last name at that time was not Williams, it was Keyes. Granted, I never, ever had a bad visit at all the few years I did come there to see her! So imagine how shocked I was at how the end result turned out! Do yourself a favor and get a different doctor. She clearly has zero compassion and is blatantly rude. I had a ruptured disk in my back and went to see her because of being in extremely bad pain. She blowed me off acted as if I was lying or was there just to get pain pills she prescribed me muscle relaxers told me to go home and scheduled an MRI for nearly two months later and said I would have to do physical therapy to get it scheduled. I absolutely love Dr. Atkins! I refer everyone who is looking. All of these people leaving bad reviews obviously want someone to baby them, and treat them like children. Cindy is straight forward and will talk to you like an older sibling. She is incredibly smart.
