Cindy was a godsend. We were completely overwhelmed with an estate sale, paralyzed by guilt and inertia, until Cindy stepped in. She handled everything with speed, care, and zero judgment. Where others might run, she took on every detail and made the entire process smooth and manageable. I honestly do not know what we would have done without her. Cindy brought a calming presence to the entire process. It was our first time selling, and there was still quite a bit of work to do, but from our first walk through, she was calming and helpful. Her team did a great job supporting us throughout the exercise, from painting to doing dump runs to staging and arranging walk throughs with the buyer. I highly recommend her for selling in Cambridge and Waterloo region.
