In June 2024, I lost both my father and my sister. Some Realtors try to take advantage of these sad situations by sending unsolicited mail offering their services and promising painless results. By far, Cindy is the most egregious of this type of realtor. On November 14th, I sent her a clear and direct email stating I did not wish to receive any more solicitations from her, and what the consequences would be.
