Amazing nail place !!!! Friendly people
I will be changing my review since my experience was terrible today. I came in and my nail tech was on her phone when I came. she didn’t greet me neither talk to me when I sat down when she finished she left never came back to check on me nor put sandals on to protect my polish and as I was leaving she was on her phone since she couldn’t get off it.
Service is always good here!
Last Sunday I came to Cinderella Nails for a Mother’s Day manicure ($70). The service was lengthy but not unpleasant- I come once a month for a manicure/pedi ($120-140) and am used to the longer times. Unlike my previous visits, my nails were coming up within 4 days. I was not offered a re-do, not given my $10 reward back (that took a long time to earn those points!), nor was the removal I asked for given to me - I did pay for it. (I would have happily tipped the tech who did it, because she should earn money for her time). ... read more
