it was super amazing. the manicure didn’t hurt at all! the staff were really nice too.
My teenage daughter went in to get her nails removed. They weren’t loose at all, and the lady just rip the nails off using a nail tip. She told my daughter soaking them off would take long; which time wasn’t a question. I believe she just wanted to rush and get it done.Her nail beds hurt so bad after she was done she was in tears on the way home. Worse experience ever. Never going here again!
My wife went in for a manicure and pedicure package that specifically included a hot stone massage. Not only was the massage completely skipped, but when she asked about it, the nail tech dismissed her by saying she “didn’t pay attention” and that “everyone is always on their phone.” Extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of that, the actual nail work was awful. The nails were cut far too short, the color was not what she selected, and overall the job looked sloppy.
