Really nice salon. Very polite front desk especially the young lady at front desk this morning at 9am sitting on the right. Had my pedicure done yesterday and messed up a nail. Annie repaired my nail with no complaints. She didn't want to charge me but since it was my mistake I gave her a little thank you for her time.
This place is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are all so friendly! My favorite nail technician is Helen. She’s energetic and always comes up with happy face 😊suggesting trendy ideas . I’ve been here for a long time, but Helen’s work is always excellent. She talks to her customers like real friends and is so kind and professional.
I now only go here. Get dip and pedicure. Nothing family but they can!!
I had read several reviews mentioning the rudeness of the reception staff, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience today confirmed many of those concerns. I walked in without an appointment, so I fully expected that there might be a wait. However, I did not expect to be ignored and dismissed.
