Last Sunday I came to Cinderella Nails for a Mother’s Day manicure ($70). The service was lengthy but not unpleasant- I come once a month for a manicure/pedi ($120-140) and am used to the longer times. Unlike my previous visits, my nails were coming up within 4 days. I was not offered a re-do, not given my $10 reward back (that took a long time to earn those points!), nor was the removal I asked for given to me - I did pay for it. I’ve been a long time repeat customer to the el. Dorado location. My last visit was my last. The receptionist could not have been more unfriendly and unhelpful. I had an appointment and she had slipped a few walk-ins in ahead of me. After I waited 30 minutes, she very rudely told me that she couldn’t help it that walk-ins got in before me. I reminded her that I was not a walk-in, but I have an appointment and she just Shook her head at me. I did not stay to be treated that badly and pay for it. Very pleasant atmosphere. Technician was thorough and listened to me when I explained what I wanted for my mani and pedi. She was gentle and professional when manipulating my toes and fingers.
