I had read several reviews mentioning the rudeness of the reception staff, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience today confirmed many of those concerns. This is my regular nail salon for pedicures and I like it because they are so fast. I usually block out about 30 minutes for a routine pedicure. Today I sat in the salon chair for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There appeared to be one person working and she was just starting a deluxe pedicure. I finally asked her if someone else was coming to do my pedicure. had a wonderful experience with Nini. She was very kind, patient, and attentive, and she took the time to make sure everything turned out perfectly. Her nail work is beautiful, and she truly went above and beyond to help me. I’m excited to return, and I highly recommend this place for its excellent service!
Tracy is very thorough and is always up for the challenge when I want a design or something off the wall with my nails. She always does a great job and that is why I will follow her wherever she goes. The salon is always clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Jenny is awesome!! Staff is always friendly and quality is great! Love these last two sets she’s done for me for the holidays!
