This place is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are all so friendly! My favorite nail technician is Helen. She’s energetic and always comes up with happy face 😊suggesting trendy ideas . I’ve been here for a long time, but Helen’s work is always excellent. She talks to her customers like real friends and is so kind and professional.
I now only go here. Get dip and pedicure. Nothing family but they can!!
I had read several reviews mentioning the rudeness of the reception staff, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience today confirmed many of those concerns. This is my regular nail salon for pedicures and I like it because they are so fast. I usually block out about 30 minutes for a routine pedicure. Today I sat in the salon chair for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There appeared to be one person working and she was just starting a deluxe pedicure. I finally asked her if someone else was coming to do my pedicure.
