We used Cinderella cleaning. The cleaners did a good job ? doing what I asked ? I worked along side them and that was good too. There was an incident with an iron that got broken ? however Roxanne is working that out with me ? although I had to call several times without her returning my calls to get a settlement situation. I would use them again in this situation.
The girls that came were wonderful and did a great job. I was quoted a price but towars the end of the job I recieved a phone call and was told it had taken longer than expected and had to pay an additional cost on top of the quoted price. I would much rather have had a more accurate quote.

I had changed services from Cleaning Authority. Cinderella Maid was 2000% better than my previous service. My home was cleaned and organized above and beyond my expectations. I got a follow up phone call that evening asking about my satisfaction and telling me the things they would like to do better on. I would recommend them over the competitor both for service and price.

I had Cinderella Maid Service come to my house twice. The first time, they did a fantastic job. They were prompt, were at the house for about the same time frame that was estimated, and my house looked cleaner than I think I could have gotten it. A couple errors: 1) they threw away some papers that my husband needed and we had to search through the trash that night, 2) the light cover on the ceiling fan in my kids' room was broken (I was told it would be immediately replaced and it was 2.5 weeks later when I insisted th... read more
