Dr. Williams is so caring always making sure that patients are happy and comfortable with the treatment. The staff are so sweet going out of their way to be helpful.
I have been going here for a few years and love the dentist and the hygienist here, but I was very disappointed today when I went in for a 3 pm appointment that was scheduled back in March. When I was checking in the receptionist got up and went to the office managers office and it got really quiet and awkward. They both came back out and she told me I was not on the schedule. I would highly recommend Cinco Meadows Dental. Every member of the staff is professional, friendly and works hard to ensure an excellent visit. Dr. Tran puts you immediately at ease. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything she is going to do and continually checks to make sure you are comfortable. She has developed a long term plan to resolve years of dental issues, and has worked with us to do it at a pace that is financially feasible for us.
