I brought my 2008 Ford Escape on a Monday morning with a totally dead battery. I informed them I believed the alternator was bad and killed the battery. By closing on Tuesday, they only replaced the battery - told me the two-year-old battery was over-sulfated (which did not make sense). My car is happy! Prompt diagnostic of a sensor going out, which is what I anticipated the problem to be. The prices quoted were exact. They explained exactly what they would do. We brought the car on a late Friday afternoon, and I was amazed that my car was ready the next day. They even washed the car. I felt like they really took care of me and my car. Definitely will start visiting Cinco Car Car for my routine oil changes and for (hopefully none) any other problems down the road.

13 years of Cinco Car Care - Great! We have been taking our cars to Cinco Car Care for 13 years and will continue to do so. Cinco has consistently taken excellent care of us, especially my wife and 3 children. All of our cars have been drirven over 200,000 with Cinco doing ALL the maintenance. They have advised us well, only completed repairs that were needed and stand behind their work 100%. I can't say enough good things about Cinco Car Care.
Best car service in Katy I have taken my vehicles to Adam at Cinco Car Care since 2001. He provides 1st rate service. He will spend the time to explain your options. He is very honest and treats his mechanics and all his staff very well since they have been with him as long as I can remember. I have recommended Adam to several co-workers and they are hooked on Cinco as well. He exceeds my expectations with his professionalism every time.
honest service After taking my vehicle to the dealer, there was still a problem with it. My neighbor recommended Cinco Car Care to me. I brought it in. The owner told me up front how much the diagnosis would be and gave me an estimate on how much it would be to repair the problem. He was right on the money. They new exactly what the problem was and fixed it without trying to add extra repairs in there. I was then able to get a refund from the dealer for missing the problem. PROS: knowlagable CONS: none
Worst service I thought Cinco Car care was great until my last service. They said it was the thermostat and then lie to me to say it will run a little hotter than normal. I got a mile then the car overheated. Adam said the problem was the radiator and I refused to fix that because of how much it is but then he said it was the water pump instead because it was cheaper to fix. They have an 18000/ 18 month warranty. When you come in they are friendly about honoring their warranty. Many customers know the owner, Adam, by name and Adam knows his customers names.
