We fired our previous realtor and hired Alison Moss. I cannot tell you how much we liked her. She ALWAYS returned phone calls or text and brought us many qualified buyers and sold our home in 7 months (first three months were Nov, Dec and Jan which are slow). We had it on the market for 1 1/2 years with the other realtor. We had a luxury home with a limited market but she brought many in during the first selling season. You cannot go wrong with Alison Moss of Keller Williams.
Working with Alison was a very easy process. She sold our last home and helped us find the perfect current home. Alison was extremely knowledgeable about both the buying/selling process and the neighborhoods of Cincinnati. If we ever move again, we will definitely be calling her!
