They were booking 4 weeks out to get work done, which i was fine with. consultation appointment was set for 1 week out 6/14. Morning of consultation, they were supposed to be here at 8:30 am. Got a call that zach was running behind about an hour. Got another call later, saying couldn't make it at all and would have to reschedule. I've been using Creative Scapes for more than 5 years for a variety of landscaping, mowing and annual maintenance of my yard. They just completed a project where they edged all the beds, trimmed all shrubs, removed all debris, took out dead shrubs and put fresh mulch down. As always, my yard looks great and the guys took great attention to detail. They were very good at working around existing annuals that had already been planted, making sure the mulch was a good depth, smooth and then they blew off all the excess from side... read more
Zak and his team are the best! They've been handling my lawn for the past 2 years and it's never looked better! I was able to pick the treatments I want to keep it within my budget, and their service people are always friendly and courteous. I'll definitely recommend Creative Scapes to those in need of lawn and landscaping services!
Service was fairly easy to set up initially, but it isn't reliable. My yard has frequently been forgotten, and I've had to call reminding them to provide the service I'm paying for (although they've typically been nice when I had to send the "will you please do your job?" emails, so I guess that's a positive?). I also felt like it's a little over priced for the quality of work (uneven cutting, missed spots, etc). I had high hopes based on the other reviews, but over the last month I've been pretty disappointed :(
Zach and his team did an amazing job on our yard. I highly recommend them.
