Came on a Saturday with our infant and we were seen within 2 minutes of registering. Very, very impressed. Staff and doctors were all excellent, kind, and patient with us. Really grateful we chose this urgent care.
Very friendly staff and the Doctors have always been so thorough and helpful. Always answers our questions and listens to us and our concerns for our children. Thankful for this urgent care.
I'm sure the people are fantastic. But if you're going to operate by appointments, it's no longer an urgent care. It's just a doctor's office. Sat here for two hours waiting for my kid to get swabbed to see if he had flu or strep. The patient intake isn't being managed efficiently and with common sense at all. Do not come here without an appointment. If you want a normal urgent care "first come first serve" experience, go somewhere else. Pretty disappointed. Dr. Kevin Johnson was there on 10/31. I brought my 3 year old in because he was showing the same symptoms that my 5 year old who was just diagnosed with pneumonia 2 days prior. Constant cough, off and on high fever, runny nose. He listened to him and said his lungs sounded clear, but if "mom wants and x ray to confirm" he'd do one. So, yes, I got one. He said it wasn't pneumonia but a upper respiratory infection. Looked at his ears and said they look perfectly fine. Next 2 days, cough gets more constant ... read more
