Very slow to helping patients in the emergency room. A lot of standing around and waiting!
Took our daughter to Children's for flu symptoms yesterday. They talked us out of getting her a flu test and said she just had a virus. Her symptoms worsened today and she tested positive for flu A at our pediatrician. Our doctor couldn't believe Children's would not give her a flu test. I'm extremely dissatisfied with our service from Children's and am shaking mad! I won't let that mistake happen again!!!
This is a great hospital... wait time in the ER was crazy. Thanks for not putting us in a room next to the potential flu kids.
The staff so is welcoming and encouraging. They take the time to make the child comfortable. They talk to them and actually listen to them! They are amazing
My 3 yr old Daughter fractured her elbow. All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful! We were in an out within less than 2 1/2 hrs! :)
