Wow! When we went in we were seen right away. They were so attentive to my son and I. They made us feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing and what was going on with my son. They did X-rays, fitted him for a cast and sling, and we were out of there in less than 2 hours! I was amazed how every staff member was so incredibly wonderful. They turned a scary time into a fun adventure!
The staff were patient and kind. They worked well together, genuinely helping each other. The teaching aspect of the care you receive at Children’s is a great asset to current and future patients. For me the few moments where providers were teaching or consulting gave me time to think through logistics of at home care and any questions I might have. Having an experienced X-ray technician gave us confidence that doctors have the best information available to accurately diagnose and treat.
Dr. Taylor and all of the staff were amazing from the checkin to the nurses and everyone else. Dr. Taylor took his time talking everything through with us and did everything he could to help my son in a scary time and I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they all were. The woman who checked us in was prompt and helpful and very kind. We are very grateful to have had their support.
This hospital is TOP TIER! I was out within a hour with my son knee fracture. The doctor and nurse were thorough with explaining to us the next steps and how to heal his injury properly. Staff were like family!
Friendly and kind staff, wait times good. We felt seen and heard.
