My 13 month old swallowed a coin and the nurses, X-ray tech, and doctor were all very positive during the process. They were also very quick. We were in and out in 45 minutes, which is great for urgent care!
Visited the new New Richmond Clinic at the New Richmond Middle School building. Staff was great! Very attentive! Great experience we will return!
THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. This is a hospital ER even though their name states that they are “Urgent Care Anderson” and they bill insurance as such. Urgent cares bill at a different rate than hospitals. This so called “Urgent care” calls themselves an urgent care but bills with a hospital ER code and was told they have to bill that way due to state and federal law. Our bill to pull a Lego out of a 3 year olds nose(10 minutes) was over $2,000 out of pocket. Hook, line, and sinker for a fake urgent care…. Duped me for sure. D... read more
