THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. This is a hospital ER even though their name states that they are “Urgent Care Anderson” and they bill insurance as such. Urgent cares bill at a different rate than hospitals. This so called “Urgent care” calls themselves an urgent care but bills with a hospital ER code and was told they have to bill that way due to state and federal law. Our bill to pull a Lego out of a 3 year olds nose(10 minutes) was over $2,000 out of pocket. Hook, line, and sinker for a fake urgent care…. Duped me for sure. D... read more
Went on a Friday night, no wait, doctor and nurse were both great
I cannt believe all the negitive reviews I have had great success with this urgent care and taking good care of my kids. The time thay really stands out is when my 18 month old had rsv and childrens main sent him home, a few hours later he was still having people's breathing took him to this urgent care in hopes someone would listen. Was instantly admitted back to downtown childrens. He stayed 3 days in the hospital until he recovered. Thankfully someone cared to pay attention.
Not so urgent care
BEWARE: I brought my 12 year old son to the urgent care and they double charged us. They care more about $$$$ than helping children get better. Make sure you question their billing: very, very shady and sad!!!!!
