I used this service in the past and was happy with them but this time I had a small job to do; even offered to take the cushions to them. They scheduled twice and never followed through. Very very poor business practice. I gave them two stars only because I liked them some years ago.
I called them to come help me take a look at the rug at my church. I just wanted to have it cleaned and sanitized. They came on time which was great. When he saw everything, he gave me a ridiculous price. I tried to tell him that i was not going to pay thst much for that little work. Because it was really a small space. And he said okay and Started driving off. I tried to stop him but he didn't stop. Then i tried calling him on the phone and he screamed at me at the top of his lungs and said "stop calling me"
When your sump pump fails, and the basement floods, it's overwhelming. Quick Dry responded quickly, made the carpet better than new, and were so great to work with. Gary called regularly, checked in to make sure the carpet was drying, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Strongly recommend them!
Quick Dry is definitely the Best in the Cincinnati, Tristate area. I have a cleaning business & use their services frequently. When it comes to carpet cleaning I have found that most companies do not have very knowledgeable or well trained technitians, not to mention they work on a commission basis. Gary is well experienced & knows the business. Wouldn't use anyone else.
