My basement flooded because my underground downspout was clogged. I called Gill, and a he showed up promptly. He measured the problem and gave me a fair price to rebuild the entire underground system. Within a week, they started the work, and it was completed in less than three days. These guys are no-nonsense and get the job done quickly. They're easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them.

Take a pass on this company. We had them out to install a French drain in our yard that we were assured would fix our standing water issues and not only did it not take care of the problems but they never completed the job. Spoke with Gil multiple times and was told it would get taken care of but he never followed up. Paid $5k for work that was not completed but his assessment of our yard and what needed to be done to rectify the problem was so inaccurate. They did the work less than a year ago and I was very satisfied. Lo and behold a leak occurred last week during a major downpour. I contacted Gil and he sent John and the guys out and fixed it. Great job guys! I recommend them over any company out there. Update: we are suppose to have a lifetime guarantee. We had another leak. An appointment was made, and they did not show. I have called numerous times and left numerous voice mails with no response. Why?

If we could give 0 stars we would. Still waiting to be reimbursed the $1,000 worth of damage to our fence that was promised to us. Sadly, we had to get the Ohio Attorney General involved and even they were lied to and ignored by Mr. Brummett. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Look for someone that will take care in their work and stand by their word. That goes a long way these days.
