We went in yesterday to get a basic ear lobe piercing for my parents 17 year old Japanese exchange student. ( with permissions from her parents in Japan and also the State's Exchange placement organization). She was so excited and looking forward to getting her ears pierced for a couple weeks. Shane did the piercing and blew away any expectations of the experience. He was kind, professional, and explained each step before it happened.
