The actual townhouse that we stayed in was alright and good for the price considering it was right next to campus. However management changed halfway through our lease and while they're making many upgrades, their hospitality and professionalism leaves much to be desired. There were even a few times where they entered our townhouse without a 24 hour notice. They also wanted to charge us for things that deteriorated due to age. My roommate and I were not thrilled.
