Poor Management and Maintenance – We have lived at Cimarron Trails for a couple of years and are getting ready to move. This place has gone downhill fast! Based on outside appearances, this seems to be a great apartment complex. The grounds are fairly well kept and the units are roomy, some with washers & dryers. The management and maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired, however. I cannot wait until my lease is up – Were shown nice apartment on initial visit and told that there were a few available units like the one we had seen. We paid our deposit and set a move-in date. When we came to move in, the apartment was not fit for habitation--parts unpainted, floor peeling up in places, paint slopped onto cabinets and floor, no hot water in master bathroom, broken shower rod, broken drains in both bathtubs/showers, et al.
