The entire staff here is phenomenal. They'll go above and beyond to create a living experience that you won't find anywhere else. Maintenance is always timely and there is ample parking. The apartments are well lit and extremely secure. I love loving here and you will, too.

Quiet community-biased and poorly managed – This complex is tucked away in a neighborhood that is safe and quiet. However, the apartment I moved into a month ago is still in disrepair. I lived there for almost 10 days before they provided what was originally described as a new fridge from Lowe's that turned out to be a used fridge that was not very cool. A great place to live. – The community is quiet, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the apartments are very roomy. For the money (very affordable) you get a little more than you'd expect. Not loaded with a lot of amenities, mind you, but other advantages instead. The units are all "cottage style" so there are no neighbors upstairs making too much noise, no one below you complaining, and no breezeways to echo outside your front door. Poor Management and Maintenance – We have lived at Cimarron Trails for a couple of years and are getting ready to move. This place has gone downhill fast! Based on outside appearances, this seems to be a great apartment complex. The grounds are fairly well kept and the units are roomy, some with washers & dryers. The management and maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired, however. I cannot wait until my lease is up – Were shown nice apartment on initial visit and told that there were a few available units like the one we had seen. We paid our deposit and set a move-in date. When we came to move in, the apartment was not fit for habitation--parts unpainted, floor peeling up in places, paint slopped onto cabinets and floor, no hot water in master bathroom, broken shower rod, broken drains in both bathtubs/showers, et al.
