RecommendedSince retiring and leaving Missouri 5 years ago we have moved around each year in this area and out of state, we moved back to Texas over a year ago and into Cimarron Springs. This was the best decision since leaving Missouri, the office and Maintenance staff could not be better, the apartments are the best we have lived in and the grounds are well maintained, the other residents appear friendly and look after their animals, apart from the occasional pile of poop which is to be expected. We moved here one year ago from out of state and fell in love. Never have we lived in such a nice apartment where the office staff and maintenance staff do a good job AND care about the people. PLUS, the apartments are designed well and are quality made. To get all these things elsewhere, we would not be able to afford it! The ONLY thing I would most definitely change about the place is the lack of cable access. Satellite and separate internet is the only thing available and we are not real hip on that - we prefer cable conn... read more

The staff members are friendly & helpful. The complex is clean & quiet.
I enjoy living here. the neighbors are friendly and it's quiet here. Maintenance is awesome.
If people would pick their dogs poop I would give it 5 stars.Litally poop all over the ground s.They should ban dogs from the apartment complex.
A wonderful place to call home. I love the how quite it is. Living here has been so nice.
I have lived in these apartments for about 7 years. Moved out once but moved back because I missed living here. The apartmentments are well constructed and energy efficient. I love living here. The grounds are well maintained and the management is very friendly and accommodating. A good place to call home�
