Paul was great and very helpful when we rented our unit. A couple of weeks later we determined we needed a second unit. Paul took care of everything over the phone and it was super easy.
I went to Cimarron storage to rent a parking spot. Paul was very polite and respectful he helped me to educate how the system works and how it is secure. I recommend Cimarron storage to anyone who's looking for a parking spot.
Transferring my storage from south Austin tomorrow to Cimarron in Georgetown. I met with the facility manager a few days ago to check it out to get info. On availability, pricing, access, etc. Paul was great——friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I have reserved a unit that is just what I need and the price incredible. I have not seen anything else to compare. I’m looking forward to have my “stuff” closer to me since moving up to Sun City in Georgetown 2 years ago! THANKS, PAUL
