Paul is an absolute gem of a human. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He made everything quick, easy, and completely stress-free. He's a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like, and I truly appreciate all of his help.
Cimarron Storage in Georgetown, Tx was great. I rented a 10X20 climate control. It was very clean easy to access. they only have ground storage, which makes it easy to access. Paul was friendly and helpful.

I rented 2 units from them, super easy and friendly. I had been renting from somewhere else and it was not this delightful. I have called with a couple questions as well as been in and out and it's nice having a person answer the phone and be on-site for any questions. I would 100% recommend this place. And look forward to knowing my stuff is safe and climate controlled. I don't even have to roll down my window to open the gate, I just use the app.
