Stay away. The weed smell penetrates through the walls. We had a leak from the top bathroom that dripped into the dining area downstairs, it took a while for them to fix and then the issue came up two more times. Eventually I stopped telling them because they never came back to install the ceiling fan that providing lighting for the area. The toilets clog WAY TOO OFTEN. The pools get filthy quickly and they wait til the water is foggy to finally clean it. Just save yourself the trouble and find a better place.

I've lived here for two years and they can't ever answer the office phone and it's so annoying my AC is out put a work order in for it last night still haven't came. I have two kids and two dogs. just ridiculous that they can't answer the phone
