There’s so much negligence in this community . We won’t mention that they’ve changed management over 4 times in the past few years and the new manager and assistant manager are equally as incompetent as the previous ones . This apartment charged me twice for everything a single day later after I moved out and tried to lie about what it was for and tried to say it because we didn’t get charged fully for water for 4/11 and 5/11 which is a lie in itself. If I could give 0 stars for these apartments I would. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. Constantly having to put in maintenance requests and having to ask for updates because there is always something going on with the water. Went 3 weeks with no hot water, only for the problem to happen again! 8 months pregnant having to go out of way to find places to shower. Water bill was still over $100, not to mention they have not provided any compensation for these constant problems nor have they deducted anything off ... read more
