DO NOT RENT HERE!! I was here for over two years. Paid my rent on time every month. Never caused a problem. Got a job on the pipeline, and wasn't even THERE for 9 months but continued paying rent through my lease term. Lease ended in November and I was switched to month to month, and I notified the office I would be moving out in January. Come January, I move out. They then charge me an 1,800 dollar "early termination fee". No attempt to contact me was made, and I had no idea until I got a collections letter. These scumbags ... read more
No hot water for 2 months. Management is a joke! I don’t recommend this place for your worst enemy!!! And now the property manager Wants to have an attitude with everybody
Absolutely unacceptable that we’ve been living OVER A MONTH without water. Management and staff apologize and disregard. We pay in full and on time and have NOT been compensated in the slightest, not once. We can’t talk to anyone higher than the staff we see everyday. Hot water is a basic necessity and we pay too much to have not had this issue looked at and fixed right away. I HIGHLY do NOT recomend this place to anyone. I have been rented in this complex for almost a year and from the begining I have had problem, in my appartment and believe every single building, with the HOT WATER. I have lost the amount of time I have requested to the Management to fix that problem and the answer is always the same, "we are working on it". Llevo casi un año alquilada en este complejo y desde el principio he tenido problemas, en mi apartamento y creo que en todos los edificios, con el agua caliente. He perdido tiempo pidiendo a la administración que lo solucione, y la respuesta siempre es la misma: "Estamos trabajando en ello".
