I lived at this apartment complex for two years, and it was a blessing for me and my two kids. I am a single parent, and my apartment was affordable and gave me more space than I expected. The complex was clean, well maintained, I felt safe, and any issues were handled quickly, there was always someone on call when needed. Had a great experience, loved the new upgraded one bedroom unit only move due to my job.
I'm a loan officer and I requested a verification of rent for a customer that is a current tenant there since he's in the process of buying a home. I was told by Jasmine the office assistant manager that they need a 60 day notice for this request, unbelievable! Mind you it's only a one page request, a very short form that needs to be filled out. Our customer will not make it to closing if we have to wait 60 days. Absolutely ridiculous! If you plan on buying a home in the future, DO NOT RENT HERE!
REPLY: ACTUALLY NO! Bc I had just gotten an email saying “Thanks for applying” when I never applied again and then later got an email saying I was denied when I literally signed a whole lease to move in on the 14th. Make that make sense! And then still wanna keep my deposit YALL ARE COVERING UR ASS’! We will be getting a lawyer and fixing all of this bc it’s not right, if something’s not done about this. We’ve called and nobody answered and when we do talk to someone they are very rude and contradicting their statements. How... read more
