Looks like a nice place but that’s it…. After being with out hot water about 3 months in the winter time. After i moved out with all the proper notices that they ask they still charged me all the full bills and also a cleaning fee for the apartment. Mind you i had the apartment professionally clean at my own cost when i moved out but i guess leaving a shower curtain (that it was there when i move in) it place was a dirty apartment. Applying here was great. Marissa was patient, kind and professional. She made sure I understood all the fees and communication was open the whole time, she told me what documents I needed right away. Process went smoothly. So far my bf & I are enjoying our apartment peacefully and quiet.
There’s so much negligence in this community . We won’t mention that they’ve changed management over 4 times in the past few years and the new manager and assistant manager are equally as incompetent as the previous ones . This apartment charged me twice for everything a single day later after I moved out and tried to lie about what it was for and tried to say it because we didn’t get charged fully for water for 4/11 and 5/11 which is a lie in itself.
