i had my reservation 1 month ago, and today we arrived at the hotel at 18:45 for checking in, after 5 min. waiting, it is finally my turn, but the funny thing is after the validation of my ID, credit card, i was told that there is no room available…omg, how can it be possible? what is the matter here? it is my first time to see this happen…a bad experience, I choose this hotel for its high reputation, but at the end, give me disappointed.

Had a good time there at the 50 anniversary dinner dance. I just wish I would have won a door prize but it's ok.
