Myself and my spouse arrived at Bloomingdale Cilantro Taco Grill. We ordered tacos and 2 drinks and also ordered desserts to bring home. The location is on Schick road in Bloomingdale Il.
Imagine passing a place several times a day for more than a year and never stopping again then when you finally do you think wow I should’ve been here more often. That’s my review of cilantro taco Grill. Good food, casual atmosphere not high priced. Good quantity lunch and everything tasted fresh. I got the belly bowl, even though I don’t love the name. Just started off with the picadillo but will work my way into the menu. I see you Lenqua. Be kind, be generous these people are working hard
I’ve been coming to this location about once a month for a burrito, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I was in a rush to get back to work and asked for two green sauces and one red to go. Instead of simply letting me know there would be an extra charge, Sully told me I wasn’t allowed to have two green sauces because it’s ‘against policy.’ The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and unfriendly. A little flexibility or better communication would have gone a long way.
Small portions
Ordered a steak burrito bowl, didn't even bother to slice the avocado, gave a half a slice of tomato. What a joke!! Used to be good, quality has gone down as well as portions. Tried different locations, all the same. Will not go back at this point.
