The Cilantro Taco Grill in Chicago is awesome! It really is super-fresh, made-to-order food that is full of flavor!
I live in the area and usually I order tacos here. Today, I ordered carne asada and lengua tacos. The meat was so dry and tasteless, the tortillas was breaking apart and the chocoflan was dry and extremely sweet. I really think you guys are lowering quality. I am super disappointed. This is the second time it happens. You just lost a customer because I am not coming back.

wonderful staff. they actually took the time out to locate and call me when they found my lost wallet. they work so hard, and for so little thanks.. very much appreciate the staff here.
