I was told to arrive at 12:40 for a 1:00 appt for an ultrasound. Arrived at 12:50, put my name on a waiting list the two people behind the counter for mri, etc. were doing something on the computer but no one was being helped, they were seated. Ten after 1:00 there was a change in staff and finally people were being served, and again people waited. One couple said for an hour another woman left she could not wait any longer.
