Worst customer service ever, associate hanged up on me, never called back, they revoked a payment to a provider keeps saying they are going to correct it and nothing done then I got a debt collector!!!! On my app I owe zero amount and I can't see they revoked payment, it is been a year with no resolution!!! Very bad I wish I can put zero star!!!

I have narcolepsy, extensively documented through my neurologist and sleep studies, had to get help from a medical advocate to battle Cigna to cover my medication. Surprisingly few medical establishments accept Cigna so be prepared to pick your doctor off of their list. I have had Cigna for well over 10 years and there is a price increase every year, which I get. But, this year I am having to pay a copay on all medications and doctor visits even after I met my deductible.

This company is a fraud. They got all my information name and address phone number everything and they kept sending me letters with balances that I never sign up for an insurance that I had never used. I called to cancel all of that and take me out the list and they respond saying that there is not a account for me, that person was really rude.
