I'm so glad I'm off my Cigna plan. Cigna terminated my policy without notice in the middle of the year, they blamed Connect For Health Colorado (Which makes no sense whatsoever) over and over for a month, spent another month doing an "internal investigation", then finally admitted fault with no explanation and reinstated my policy another month later. 3 months with no coverage for no discernible reason, and a grand total of over 15 hours on the phone with over a dozen representatives. Stop it cigna, you're the worst
New to Cigna and every claim has been denied. Looks like I’ll be spending several hours today trying to sort it all out. I sure miss Atena at least it wasn’t a part time job trying to get them to pay a bill.
