This co.onay should not exist. They have to many departments who are transferred happy. No one has access to anything so they just keep transferring you to another departments to answer the same automated system you just did. And then the reps cant answer any questions and you end up providing them more information then they gave you.
I got married Nov on ‘24! Once i got verified in December of 25 i call them and said i want off my parents plan THAT DAY but they didn't take me off it till jan of ‘26. So they clearly don't listen to their customers. Because what was supposed to be my primary for uhc for my ob appointments and birth were all denied because of them! Every since i had them while on my parents they have SUCKED!
Absolutely awful people. If you have an option, use another.
