I was in a motorcycle accident in March of 2024. I pay for the supplement insurance and they try to find anyway possible to not pay out. I was on a 24 hour hospital observation and they claim I wasn't there 24 hours. Also they claim the got my hospital bill but not the police/accident report which is in the same email. Absolutely terrible service. Most central locations are out of network. Had to stop going to my Family dentist and whenever we looked for a new spot through the Cigna app, the office reported that they don’t take dental. 100% with all other reviews.

DO NOT USE!! Customer service only reads a script and can't think logically. Puts you on hold constantly and keeps asking same questions. Then they somehow "can't hear you" after taking you off hold and hang up on you. Since they have phone # "in case disconnected" they should call back right? nope. Crickets. A lot of offices are no longer in network with them since they are so hard to work with and make you write off so much. Do not use, they only cause a headache.

Insurance is a joke and I hate this country. A 5000 dollar co-pay or deductible or whatever for two people is ridiculous. what's the point of even having this joke of insurance when I'm going to be paying out of pocket all year anyways, I have over 2000 dollars worth of medical bills right now with absolutely no coverage, i might as well start digging my own grave. Corporate greed makes me sick, you make me sick. Deny defend depose.
