Have been approved for a referal over a month ago now and I haven't even been able to get a date set for my doctor's appointment because either the insurance can't send a fax. Constant denials. Battle for coverage and reimbursement. Inept people on the phone with different answers every time.
Horrible customer service . A pre authorization was sent in a month ago and now I am being told that you never received it . You receive my premiums Every 2 weeks but when it comes to medications I need to hell with my health . Heaven forbid you don't get your millions in revenue in the backs of the hard workers in the country . My goal is to encourage my employer and everyone else that uses you to find a way to get away from Cigna
We are playing the denial tap dance. Seriously, if I lose a leg because you won't approve an MRI to find out what is going on after a CT scan shows something wrong, then I will be shouting from the rooftops and finding an ambulance chaser to help me sue you!
