I wish I could give this insurance company ZERO stars. It is totally worthless.
Sluggish system + incompetent employees = terrible service! Applied for insurance online 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them since.... My husband spent 1 h on the phone a couple of days ago listening to how important his call was.... no result. I spent an hour so far today on the phone and I am currently still waiting after being transferred to person # 5 (FIVE) to check the status of my application. Imagine if you needed some actual help from them!
The Customer Service Experience was Amazing! Kayla took the time out to make Sure That I would receive Care from a new Doctor when I relocated and needed immediate assistance. I have had NO ISSUES From Cigna at all since I had this insurance even when I first got the insurance in Longview Texas. I’m really grateful for the dedication the Customer Experience provides
