Rude staff. Outdated communication practices. Cannot manage mental health practices without jumping through hoops. Won’t be going back.
I do not recommend this medical practice. I went in with very sick in severe pain. I was see by Tina a PA she told me to drink some tea and rest. The doctors have No sympathy, No caring, No compaction for the patients. I had to go to urgent care to find a doctor that cares and wants help me. I am definitely changing my primary care provider and I don't recommended anyone going to Evernorth care group on Grand in Surprise.
Picking up medications
Somewhere along the line, their office staff went to hell. Even with how they communicate thru the apps like MyChart. I have been on medication for a very long time with a doctor that moved to this office years ago. That was the only reason, and they were great at that time. I have never ever had an issue with getting my meds filled in a pinch especially when appts are booked out. Yet, now suddenly i am being told they are controlled.
