Dr Manzaneras is personable and caring, while addressing my chronic conditions with thought and concern for my long term health.
My Dr visit with Dr Manzanares was excellent. As far as Cigna closing and Honor Health starting. It’s not the same quality of service. When I booked my appointment with the call center I was told Dr M was no longer taking new patients? I’ve been seeing Dr M for 4 years! Finally after arguing with her she finally booked my appointment. I hate call centers. They suck!
My first visit to my primary care doctor at Honor Health was a very good experience. Although Dr. Manzanares has been my doctor for many years, this was the first time since Honor Health became my healthcare provider.Not a lot had changed since it was Cigna healthcare. Cassidy Morales was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and gave me the reassurance I needed. Her along with the rest of the staff at HonorHealth Primary Care - Sun City West were so kind. I was so grateful that they have appointments as early as 7AM since I work full time and it's hard to find accommodating time frames. I'm happy that I have a new PCP close to home.
