Please do not see any doctor that goes to this office. They’re very very inconsiderate. They do not care about their patients whatsoever. The doctor and the receptionist caused me to have a heart attack because the anxiety and they’re stressed that they put me through just to pick up a prescription, the doctor will not send the prior authorization to the insurance or to the pharmacy. Absolutely love this office. Dr. Tina McKenzie is just amazing!
Dr. McKenzie is the absolute best doctor I have ever seen. She is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel blessed to have found her. The staff is likewise very nice and thorough. They are prompt as well.
Worst customer service provide by front desk and Dr. Meilee not friendly or understanding unfortunately we got there about 10 min late front desk person was on the phone we explained we where stuck in traffic since we where driving from Casa Grande and give us a hard time and just told us to go see our provider Dr. Wolfe since my son was a new patient. Instead of her just getting him checked in and provide services they spend 10 minutes arguing with us
We have been seeing dr. Tina mckenzie for many years, and she is truly amazing. She is not only a great provider but also a wonderful listener who genuinely cares for her patients. She has taken excellent care of both my parents and me. The first time we met her was at Valleywise, and when she moved to this office, we transferred to her right away without hesitation. She is the best family provider you will ever meet, and we are so thankful for her dedication and compassion.
